This is our fresh-baked sourdough, made in small batches every Wednesday. As soon as the loaves come out of the oven, they’re cooled, packed, and prepared for shipment so they reach you as fresh as possible.

We aim to ship the same day whenever we can. If not, your order will be on its way first thing Thursday morning.
